Apartments are good. Fast apartment maintenance response when requested. Hot tub has been closed for repairs several months out of the past year, which is a bit strange for a 'Luxury' apartment complex. Seems they may may be doing cheap or inadequate fixes that then quickly break again.

Been living here for over a year now and this is my favorite apartment I've ever had. Lots of storage space, nice layout, love the balcony, and never had any problems with neighbors or management. This place is definitely on the pricier side, but for a pet friendly place with a pool and other nice amenities, as well as friendly and responsive management, I am willing to spend the extra. =)

I have lived at Bridger Pointe for a few years now and it is an awesome place to live! It is a bit pricey, but believe me when I say that it is completely worth it! The apartments are cleaned so well in between tenants and they are always taking care of any concerns or maintenance issues in a timely manner. Their secretary Tiffany is also so great! She is always so helpful and kind. Very highly recommend Bridger Pointe Apartments if you're looking for somewhere to live in the valley.

I’ve been familiar with this community for 8 years now. I’ve recommended it to many of my friends as well, some of them have lived here since 2016 because they like it so much. Good size apartments that are well kept. Office staff are kind and fair. Grounds are well kept. Location is in a good spot too. I also enjoy the hot tub and pool. It’s also pet friendly. I don’t have a pet, but a lot of my friends do.

So I’ve lived at many places in cache valley, and this has been my favorite. Tiffany is always available in the office and is one of those people who is always happy if you know what I mean. Any time I’ve had a problem, she addresses it right away. And the maintenance man is just like her. I really like the location and my neighbors. I won’t be moving unless I were to move out of Logan for some unforeseen reason.

However, since moving here I've met numerous friendly people, the management has been incredibly kind and helpful, and I've not had a single cause for complaint in 10 months. The reviews mentioning "sketchy people" are most likely uncomfortable because it's a bit more diverse in our apartment complex than most of Utah. If you aren't scared of people who can tan you should be alright. Prices are very fair here and you should count yourself lucky if you manage to snap up an apartment before it's leased out.

They do short term leasing which was great for us, they even let us extend for a couple months. We loved the pool and the hot tub. A covered parking spot was nice for the snow. The manager was great, very helpful and kind.Not the cleanest apartment when we moved in, there was lots of dog hair and dust from not being used. The neighbors are kind of sketchy, didn't always feel super safe. Dog pee all over grass, not just in designated areas, so our kids couldn't play in the grass. The garbage areas are nasty, people do not pick up after themselves. But we needed short term leasing, so we made due.

I've lived here for some time and I still recommend this complex to everyone. The neighbors are kind, its SO QUIET, there is covered parking, a dog run area, beautiful scenery, and the price is extremely affordable given that it's not a low income complex. They are fast with repairs and are more than happy to help with anything I need. The complex manager, Ryan, is the most rad manager I've had because he listens to what you need and he gets the job done. I had a big maintenance issue a few months back and he did everything possible to make sure me and my roommate are comfortable and happy with the apartment. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I've lived here for some time and I love it. This is the second time renting here because rent is affordable (considering other places) and the management is great. They’re always willing to help and maintenance is very quick to respond. The neighbors are quiet and when I do run into them they are kind. Our unit is nice and the complex takes car of snow plowing and spreading ice melt, and there’s a great view of the mountains that are close.

I've lived here for several years and have never seen any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. In fact, I find that I receive great value for my money here, both in terms of my apartment and in dealing with the management folks. My apartment is nice. I like the layout and when I moved in, it was clean and everything was in perfect condition. The people here are nice, quick to say hello, and even though there are many young families and college students here, it is reasonably quiet. I don't have much need to go to the office, but when I do, I am greeted warmly. Ryan and his staff are professional and quick to take care of any problems I have. I have had very few maintenance issues. The few things that have come up have been quickly managed by Chris. Overall, I have chosen to stay here since 2013 because it is such a positive experience and I would recommend living here to my closest friends and family.

The community is youngish -- given the close proximity to the Universiity, but I don't feel like I'm in the middle of a college party. For the most part, residents are nice to one another, and after-hours noise is rarely a problem. Ryan (the manager) is quite personable and quick to address any concerns or maintenance issues that I have. I've lived in other places where the manager position was a revolving door. The fact that Ryan has been the only manager I've known during the last 4 years is a real plus. Chris (maintenance) is a gem. He goes the extra mile to make sure any problems are dealt with and also looks for ways to avoid future problems. He also makes sure that the common areas are clean and in good repair. I take advantage of the pool and hot tub and they are both always clean and crystal clear. Overall, this is the best apartment experience I've had in Utah -- great living space, solid management and staff, good community, and reliable maintenance.

The manager, Ryan, is really nice and very understanding. He's always trying to make the property more comfortable for his tenants. The apartments are really nice and well kept. The maintenance staff does a really good job getting everything ready to be as nice as possible when you move in and they're usually very prompt about getting maintenance requests taken care of.

Lots of negative reviews here but I have really enjoyed my experience at Bridger Pointe! The management isn't the best, but if you pay your rent on time and stay on top of things you wont have problems. Word of advice though, don't live on the first floor or near the playground. The AC units are RIGHT outside of your bedroom windows and they are incredibly loud. Even when you are not using yours you have to listen to all of your neighbors' units. I'm glad we only lived there during the school year because if you were there all summer it might make you crazy. Also, there are kids outside playing on the playground and large grass area EVERYDAY and they are really loud and annoying. But other than that I really liked my apartment! Just pick a unit that isn't facing the playground and on upper floors.
